Formation of an active Nickel layer on the Zincates coated aluminum alloy
A. Minimum corrosion effect on Zinc, and prevent oxidation of the thin Zinc layer

C. Prolong bath life of the regular Electroless Nickel bath

Covers all the micro pits caused by previous processing steps, improves adhesion between different deposit layers.

Pre-electroplating Silver

Specially formulated for plating of communication base station made with aluminum alloy
A. Non-metallic additive, avoid interference of signal by other metal element
B. White, bright, fine, and high purity deposit with (Ag ≧ 99.9%)
C. Uniform thickness of deposit with excellent coverage on recess area.
D. Low contact resistance of deposit, good solderability.
E. Silver concentration of plating solution can be lowered to 10gm / L, lowered the production cost.
Protective coating is formed right after plated parts is dip into this environmental friendly, water soluble working solution.
