Stripping Process
ATSTRIP® LAC I-20 |
Specifically developed to remove electrophoretic lacquer coatings. The stripper is capable of removing 5 to 20 microns of a coating in 3 to 10 minutes without attack on most substrates. |
ATSTRIP® LAC I-20E |
Specifically developed to remove electrophoretic coatings without corroding the metal (copper, nickel) substrate. The stripper is capable of removing 5 to 20 microns of either cure or uncured coating economically in 3 to 8 minutes. |
ATSTRIP® LAC I-23 |
Specifically developed to remove complex electrophoretic lacquer coatings. The stripping solution is capable of removing 5 to 15 microns of a coating in 3 to 6 minutes without attacking on most substrates. Stripped coating will not cluster and remain in the stripping bath. It will be partially melted and peeled off in the cleaning tank. This will greatly reduce the opportunity for stripped residues to remain and contaminate the stripping bath. |
ATSTRIP® LAC I-28 |
Highly effective in removing complex electrophoretic lacquer coatings. The stripping solution is capable of removing 5 to 20 microns of a coating in 3 to 10 minutes without attacking on most substrates. Stripped coating will not cluster and remain in the stripping bath. It will be partially melted and peeled off in the cleaning tank. This will greatly reduce the opportunity for stripped residues to remain and contaminate the stripping bath. |
